OUR BOOKING TERMS + CONDITIONS
To make a booking with us we require a credit card pre-authorisation.
Nothing will be debited from your card when making the booking — however if you cancel at short notice, or you don't show up, a cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.
Please remember to always show up for your table. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booking time. If you do need to cancel please give us at least 4 hours notice if you are a group of six people or less. For groups of seven people or more we require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation — as these are our largest tables it takes us much longer to re-book them.
Booking for a group of 8 or more? Large bookings must be arranged and confirmed by us, by email. Final guest numbers are required to be confirmed the morning of the booking. Charges may apply for any individual ‘no-show’ guests within group bookings.
ONE BOOKING PER GROUP
We have a ‘One booking per group’ policy. Owing to our small size and the quality of experience we work hard to provide, we are not able to accommodate groups who book themselves multiple tables for a single service via our online booking system. All other bookings will be cancelled and our set menu requirements and pax limits will apply. Please note that all bookings are confirmed at our discretion. Thank you for understanding :)
