PRODUCER SHOWCASE — DEEP DOWN WINE
We’re thrilled to have a chance to showcase the new Deep Down Wines from boutique Marlborough winemakers Clive Dougall + Peter Lorimer. A very limited supply means we have three delicious new vintage DD wines on offer: an Arneis, a Sauvignon Blanc and a Pinot Noir — each will surprise and delight you ! We’re serving these by the half-glass, glass and/or bottle until supplies run out — a wonderful way to usher in Spring.
DD source grapes from a few key Marlborough vineyards that are certified organic — creating small batches of wine using only wild-ferment yeasts and minimal intervention wine making practices. Clive and Peter use their intuition and a light touch to create wines expressive of their region.
