• Spicy miso edamame

• Ruakaka kingfish, mandarin yuzu kosho fermented cream, salted lemon, fennel, ponzu, puffed rice, sesame, makrut lime

• Beasty fried chicken, fermented red chilli, yuzu cucumber, kimchi seasoning

• Slow cooked Coastal lamb shoulder, red chilli + Sichuan sauce, coriander + mint.
  Rice + charred broccolini, sesame dressing,  roasted peanuts, coriander, togarashi
