Spicy miso edamame
Ruakaka kingfish, mandarin yuzu kosho fermented cream, salted lemon, fennel, ponzu, puffed rice, sesame, makrut lime
Beasty fried chicken, fermented red chilli, yuzu cucumber, kimchi seasoning
Slow cooked Coastal lamb shoulder, red chilli + Sichuan sauce, coriander + mint.
Rice + charred broccolini, sesame dressing, roasted peanuts, coriander, togarashi
Drinks and any add-on dishes can be paid for on the day.
Ingredients are fresh, free-range line caught. We will always do our best to accommodate your allergies, leave us a note in the checkout !
