Dear Beasty !

Planteray (formerly, Plantation) is hands down one of our favourite rum producers — the quality is wonderful, the rum is fantastic to drink and it lends itself to beautiful combinations and infusions.

The year I spent learning how to infuse and fat wash spirits (Locked down in our laundry with a small freezer and a box of coffee filters) I tested multiple different rums and Planteray won out every time.

So for all of May we’re celebrating Planteray’s Tropical Month with our “Island Life” menu. Featuring three delicious new Beasty cocktails developed by Craig and Benji. Think toasted coconut daiquiris, clarified mojitos….and a delicately spiced Chilli Bird….

This special menu is available until May 31st, 2025.
