Hospitality from lockdown — Shake yourself a Yuzu Spumoni !

Tangy, tart and just a touch bitter, this Lockdown L4 Aperitif is a moooood.
With only 30ml of Campari, it’s also low alc + super easy.
Beasty Yuzu Spumoni:
30mL Campari
60mL Orange Juice
40-50mL East Imperial Yuzu Tonic to finish
Method:
Stack your fav highball glass with ice. (It’s not a huge drink, so dial up the ingredients according to your glassware). Shake together the Campari + juice with ice — it’ll go lovely and foamy.
Strain over ice, then top with Yuzu tonic and give it a quick stir. Garnish with a slice of orange, put yer feet up (again) and enjoy.
To make a classic Japanese Spumoni — use straight tonic and swap the OJ for Grapefruit juice.
